Al-Rai Newspaper 16, Jan. 2007 Total Ambitious Projects, Billion Dollars The Bahraini Real Estate Company signed a contract with The Kuwaiti "Original Group" Company where the second party undergoes marketing real estate projects for the first one and represents it in Kuwait.

The contract was signed by the executive manager for Al-Saraya Real Estate Company; Mr. Yaser Al-Sharah, and by the general Manager; Mr. Fawaz Al-Adwani for the The Original Group International. Mr. Al-Sharah said that The Original Group International will be the accridited agent for Al-Saraya Real Estate Company in Kuwait He expressed his happiness for choosing "Original Group International" to undertake this role for "Al-Saraya Real Estate".

He added that throughout this agreement, "Original Group", in the first place, will start marketing under construction real estate properties in Bahrain for the company in Kuwait markets with the an amount of around 300 million dollars; which is a part of the total projects that will be cast in gradually to come up to a total of one billion dollars. Al-Sharah added that "Saraya Real Estate" projects which are going to be introduced in the first stage, namely; Mina 7 which is composed of 1000 apartments with different areas.

They will be cast in a dominion system. "Saraya Al-Bahar" Projects, which are luxurious villas, overlook the sea and are designed to meet the demands and taste of the elite who always look forward to luxury and elegance. Mirage project is a sort of a collection of luxurious chalets with a limited number ( 30 chalets ) designed with characteristics and standards of high quality amidst a charming sea environment. The first stage includes complexes and business stores overlooking the sea.

He pointed that these stores are introduced in a dominion system. It"s worthwhile mentioning that "Saraya Real Estate Company" is a Bahraini company owned by the famous businessman Saud Cano and partners. Mr. Fawaz Al-Adwani also pointed out that "original Group" has projects under construction in Bahrain ready for marketing in Kuwait because of the attraction and strength of its markets.

He also pointed out that many Kuwaiti companies and investors are looking forward to investing in projects or residential buildings in Bahrain. He also referred to the "Original Group" investing activities in Bahraini real estate throughout the last few years and success in spreading widely through distinguished tourism and real estate projects.
