Al-Watan Newspaper 20, Jan. 2007 As First Stage of One Billion Projects The Kuwaiti "Original Group International" makes preparations for marketing real estate projects for The Bahraini "Saraya Real Estate" Company in the Kuwaiti markets reaching to a total of about 300 million dollars as an execution of an agreement signed by the two parties accordingly.

In a press interview, Mr. Fawaz Bin Al-Adwani, the general manager of the "Original Group International", stated that the Kuwaiti investors are known for a distinguished regional real estate activity, especially in the international and regional real estate sector due to the fewer opportunities and limited local markets.

He pointed out that The "Original Group International", which is a Kuwaiti company, has activities in The Kingdom of Bahrain. It executed real estate projects with partnership of Bahraini companies ready for marketing real estate projects in Kuwait with an amount of 300 million dollars as a primary stage of projects cost around one billion dollars.

He also pointed out that the marketing campaign introduced in the Kuwaiti markets comes as a result of an agreement signed recently between Bahraini "Saraya Real Estate" Company and "Original Group", as an exclusive representative to the first one in Kuwait Al-Adwani declared that "Saraya Real Estate" has got a variety of real estate projects in Bahrain which is considered as one of the biggest real estate companies in The Kingdom.

It enjoyed a good reputation through its grand projects executed or which are under construction now. Al-Adwani mentioned that "Original Group" makes preparations to enter the Kuwait markets to launch its real estate projects. The studio apartments are completed ones. Others are under construction. He hinted that they will soon share in a number of real estate exhibitions to support their marketing activities. Al-Sharah added that "Saraya Real Estate" projects which are going to be introduced in the first stage, namely; Mina 7 which is composed of 1000 apartments with different areas. They will be cast in a dominion system. "Saraya Al-Bahar" Projects, which are luxurious villas, overlook the sea and are designed to meet the demands and taste of the elite who always look forward to luxury and elegance.

Mirage project is a sort of a collection of luxurious chalets with a limited number ( 30 chalets ) designed with characteristics and standards of high quality amidst a charming sea environment. The first stage includes complexes and business stores overlooking the sea. He pointed that these stores are introduced in a dominion system.
