The general manager of the company Mr. Fawaz Fahad Al Adwany said that the company has integrated idea of a project consists of group of blocks, which 100 beach cabana shall be built on, he added that the company has managed to make the necessary marketing and to cell the major part of the project, since they participated in Kuwait international exhibition of real estate in last April till now.

He added that there are two, Kuwaiti and Bahraini  companies has expresses their wishes to buy the major part of the project for investment purposes , two contracts were signed , which the both companies have bought 24% of the project , he indicated that all the expectations are pouring in to the expected elevation in the prices of the peach cabanas , as result of inexistence of similar places in Kuwait , the matter that means that the company shall achieve high profits of this investment , Al-Adwany has signed that the company is studying similar proposals from other companies that  has expressed their desire to possess apart of the project . For investment aim, he added   that the company has managed to sign many other selling contracts of beach cabana , in the international Kuwait real estate exhibition , Al-Adwany  pursued that the project of  Saraya Al Khairan is a part of Khairan pearls ( first package ) it consists of many   highly advantageous dwelling blocks located on the shore , he also mentioned that the beach cabanas was designed in  modern architectural view which are corresponded to the architectural shape of the modern villas in the shape and design  , as each cabana consists of three floors , with inside  swimming pool to  increase the privacy of each cabana . he confirmed that the offered price of each cabana is similar to the corresponding units , the prices are suits all the level of the Kuwaiti society , he signed that the price of the  cabana shall be gin from 123 thousand Kuwaiti  Dinars , each unit price is in accordance to the area , location the point of view .
