The general manager of Original Group International, Mr. Fawaz Aladwany said that Original Group International participates in the Makers of Real Estate exhibition as a golden sponsor from 21 to 23 December 2008 at  Raya hall in Kuwait hotel and the exhibition contains most of the biggest real estate companies in Kuwait .
Original Group International participates to support the Union of real estate and search for good ways to push the progress of the economy and to discuss and find solutions for the Constraints that affect the development of real estate field in country.
Mr. Fawaz Aladwany said that the recommendation that allow to the people of gulf to own in Kuwait is from Gulf Cooperation Council not from Council of Ministers as said and recommendation reciprocity for all the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council .
we must allow for foreign investors to invest in real estate of Kuwait ,but according to the terms and controls aimed at the development of residential and commercial land in the areas of Foreign Affairs like Alkhairan .
Mr. Fawaz Aladwany said about the law No. (8) and (9) for the year 2008 on corporate and stop mortgage residential land, we feel that they are double-edged weapon, the first positive to reduce the price of residential land and the other negative confuse the speculative investor and developer.
We need to clarify that the greatest projects working in Kuwait is the result of investment companies in the private sector which shows the greatness of the role of these companies in the development of real estate renaissance in this beloved country .
